This is PMU’s template for submitting complaints if you have experienced that PMU is not respecting cooperation or project agreements, or if you have experienced, seen or heard of undesirable actions by PMU or our staff, that you want to alert us about.
Your report will be sent to PMU’s focal person for complaints handling, currently PMU’s Head of Programme, Leif Newman. This is the person responsible for following up on complaints according to our complaints response mechanism (please see: https://www.pmu.se/en/for-partners , section Anti-Corruption and Complaints, as well as the document Policy for Complaints).
If the complaint concerns the focal person, it should be sent to the director of PMU. Complaints can also be sent outside of these mechanisms directly to a staff member of PMU.
Your complaint will be treated confidentially and you are able to remain anonymous. If, however, you would like to be contacted by PMU to follow up on your complaint, you must enter your contact information, i.e. name, address, e-mail address, telephone # or any other way that you want us to contact you. Please note that if you choose to remain anonymous this will limit our ability to confirm the incident you report.
